Hoivatilat Oyj wanted to work with Maveplan thanks to previous positive experiences. Extensive cooperation between Maveplan and Hoivatilat Oyj has mostly focused on geotechnical investigations and engineering and regional planning.

The challenge

Hoivatilat Oyj has enjoyed strong growth in the past few years, causing the company to need more geotechnical investigation and engineering and regional planning services. As a result, separate and individual contracts with several suppliers were no longer financially sensible, and there were also scheduling issues. Hoivatilat Oyj needed a skilled partner who could offer comprehensive and cost-efficient solutions tailored to their needs.

The customer relationship with Maveplan has developed into framework agreement-like cooperation. Where necessary, Maveplan also offers further planning, earthworks supervision and other construction site services.
