Planning of rural wastewater management

Old buildings located in coastal and groundwater areas must have a wastewater treatment system compliant with the decree and any environmental requirements by 31 October 2019.
For new builds, a wastewater treatment plan must be appended to the building permit application if the building will not be connected to the sewage system.
